Systemic Coaching for Founders, Leaders and Their Teams

Build the team that builds the company.

For leaders whose company outgrew the way their team works.

30 minutes · You leave with a clearer read on your team

Your company has grown. Has your leadership team?

  • Board, investors and your people each want something different.Nobody has agreed on what this team is uniquely here for.
  • Priorities keep colliding across functions. Each leader has their own agenda, and there's no shared answer to "what matters most now?"
  • Every cross-team decision still ends up on your desk.Leaders run their functions well. The gaps between them come back to you.
  • The leadership meeting is status updates, not real decisions.People leave drained. The real conversations happen in corridors or not at all.
  • Stakeholders hear different stories from different leaders. Each leader speaks for their function, not for the whole team.
  • The same problems keep coming back with new names. What worked two years ago stopped working, and nobody paused to ask why.

What it looks like when the team really works

  • The high-value-creating team

A team that creates value not just for its members, but for the wider organisation, its customers, and everyone who depends on its work.

  • The team that doesn't need to be carried

A team where people take ownership, make decisions together, address tensions directly, and move things forward without everything having to go through the leader.

  • The team that makes each other better

A team where people challenge assumptions, bring different perspectives, have the difficult conversations, and become better at what they do because they work together.

  • The team that can handle what's next

A team that adapts as the business grows, navigates uncertainty, and stays aligned even when the answers aren't obvious.

  • The team the leader can trust

A team where the leader doesn't have to be in every meeting, resolve every disagreement, or connect every dot. People understand the bigger picture and act in service of it.

You don't need another high-performing team workshop for performance's sake.

You need a journey to build a team that thinks together, takes ownership, challenges each other, and achieves what none of them could achieve alone.

Three steps. You'll always know what's next.

  1. 01

    Talk

    Start with what matters.

What is getting in the way of your team delivering the results it’s capable of? And what could become possible if you worked better together?

We start with a 30-minute conversation to explore what’s happening, what you want to change, and what success would look like.

You’ll leave with greater clarity — whether or not we decide to work together.

  2. 02

    Listen

    Understand the whole picture.

A team doesn’t exist for itself. It exists to create value for the people who depend on it.

I listen to your team and, where appropriate, to the people it serves. We explore what’s working, where things get stuck, and what your stakeholders need from you.

Together, we build a shared picture of the team’s strengths, challenges, and opportunities. Then we agree on the priorities that matter most — and define what meaningful progress would look like.

  3. 03

    Work

    Turn purpose into progress.

Knowing what matters is only the beginning. Lasting change happens in the conversations you have, the decisions you make, and the way you work together when things get difficult.

We work with your real challenges and business priorities. Through coaching, reflection, and practical experiments, your team develops the trust, courage, and collective ownership to achieve its goals and create value together.

We review progress every 3–6 months, looking at both business outcomes and how the team works together. We learn from what’s changing, adapt, and agree on what comes next.

Our goal? A team that delivers on what matters, creates lasting value for the people who depend on it, and keeps learning and improving long after the coaching ends.

Many founders start 1:1 and bring the team in later. Others start with the whole team. We'll find the right way together.

Not the right fit if you're looking for a one-off offsite, someone to fix a single "difficult" leader, or team coaching you'd sponsor without taking an active part in it.

Hi, I'm Elizabeth.

I spent 15 years building teams in startups and scale-ups. I saw what happens when a company grows faster than the way its leaders work together.

The business gets bigger. The challenges get more complex. Decisions slow down, priorities pull in different directions, and too much still depends on the leader holding everything together.

I help founders and leadership teams change how they work together, so they can deliver on their goals, navigate difficult conversations, and create more value for the people who depend on them.

My approach is warm, direct, and grounded in real business challenges. We work on what matters now, measure progress against meaningful outcomes, and build the habits and collective capabilities to sustain change long after the coaching ends.

Questions founders and leaders ask

I've had a 1:1 coach before. How is this different?

That coaching worked on you. This works on the team as a whole. Even in 1:1 sessions, I coach you as part of that team.

What if the split is between me and my co-founder?

We can begin with just the two of you, in confidence.

Should I start with myself or with my team?

Either works. Many founders start 1:1 and bring the team in later. We'll decide together on the call.

Will you assess my leaders?

No. I don't assess individuals, and nothing goes into performance reviews. Decisions about roles stay with you.

What's confidential?

The team hears themes, never who said what. 1:1 conversations stay between us, within the ICF Code of Ethics. Sponsors see goals and progress, never individual conversations.

How much time does it take?

About 3-4 hours per leader every 4–6 weeks, inside meetings you already hold and team coaching sessions.

What does it cost?

It depends on the size of the team and how long we work together. You'll get a clear proposal.

How do we know it's working?

Together, we define the outcomes that matter for your team and your business, then review progress every 3–6 months.

Do you work with US teams?

Yes. I work with leadership teams across Europe and the US, online and in person, in CET hours.

Every team is different. What matters is finding the approach that helps yours do its best work. Send me a message or book a 30-minute call, and let's explore whether this is it.
